Itamiyo, the West African rapper from Cameroon did not come here to play around. “Watch Out” is his third single - in as many months. Itamiyo hit the states hard with his first single and video “ LOADED,” and he’s not stopping there. He is one of the hippest new voices with creative metaphors and dope rhymes in Hip hop. Now located in Dallas Texas, he is flying high and has created a solid fan base on social media. Also known as Miyo, his new single “Watch Out” comes on the heels of “Push’n it,” the second single after “Loaded,” on the debut EP “The Rebirth of Itamiyo.” “Loaded” quickly became a fan favorite on YouTube, sparking him to record a hot new video for “Push’n it,” releasing Sep 9th to all video outlets.
Influenced by UK Drill, and artists like Lil Uzi Vert, Chief Keef, and Pop Smoke, Itamiyo is quickly becoming a big deal in Dallas.
After the release of his first single Loaded, and Push’n it, his fans are excited and waiting to hear Watch Out. Moreover, seeing the success of Burna Boy and Nasty C, he feels like he can be the next big thing to come out of West Africa.
Itamiyo says; "I am blessed to be able to bring the music I feel in my spirit to my people. I want to talk about something, say something that will connect with everybody.” This is real hip hop from an international perspective, with a touch of that dirty south. Itamiyo wants everyone to know that he not only raps but he writes and sings as well.
The new single “Watch Out,” features SammyCin and will have a video dropping Mid September. Itamiyo knows that content is king, especially hot content. His plan is to keep coming with good hot content and he is not to be denied.
